Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SPVHUB's software platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

SPVHUB provides software to orchestrate the formation, operation, and winding-down of special purpose vehicles, joint ventures, and operating companies ("vehicles"). SPVHUB is not a law firm, bank, fund administrator, investment adviser, or registered broker-dealer. Partners using the Service are responsible for holding the licenses required to carry out the transactions they orchestrate via the Service.

2. Nominee services

Where SPVHUB bundles nominee shareholder, director, or registered agent services, these are delivered via licensed local TCSP ("Trust & Corporate Service Provider") partners in each jurisdiction. SPVHUB facilitates coordination but is not itself the regulated service provider.

3. Data

Customer data is stored in the organisation's elected region (see Privacy Policy for residency, retention, and deletion rights).

4. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". SPVHUB's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
